Register for our Tai Chi Fall Course starting September 19 . The benefits of Tai Chi are numerous including dramatic stress reduction, increased energy, stamina and virility, increased focus, mental clarity, as well as fitness with the insrinsic value of self defense. It really doesn't get any better than that.
Classes are Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:45 pm to 7:30 PM. Saturday "outdoor with nature" sessions will be offered as group study with special guests instructors and seminars.

Cost is $99 per month and requires Tai Chi uniform available at the center.
